IMO, he was a good player for LFC. He scored a fair share of goals and contributed countless assists for Fowler. Because he flopped after he left us, people seem to think he was a flop for us.

Nope, I don't go along with that at all. He left because he was a complete mess who was so self-absorbed that he ruined all the incredible potential he had, he was capable of being ten times the player he was for us but was (and still is) a total dick head.

Not to mention the disgusting way he treated our club. He can go on about how much he loves Liverpool now but I will always remember him as a failure and a cretin.

Constructive criticism is fine but as i say he couldn't wait to stick the boot in.

didnt give a **** about us. I was backstage at the brits with him one year and he was off his head sniffing coke, his agent at the time was so dismissive about it.....ahh **** it, he will miss training tomorrow and it will be fine.

I follow him on twitter. Not long back he tweeted that it had been a great day for him because all his teams won, Villa, Liverpool, and Forest. Can't remember if he'd included Palace and Southen in that, or even Oviedo, Bradford and Leicester...

Proves that he does like to see a good Liverpool result if nothing else.

Collymore was a decent player for us but could have been a great. One of the most promising centre forwards I've seen. He had it all. He should have at the very least been a premiership great.
