If Stevie is fit to start I wouldn't be suprised to see Kenny play Spearing and Lucas bebind Gerrard.

A Historic 0-1 defeat for West Brom. It all started so well with a superbly won throw in in the 5th minute for them. Unfortunately we then scored one without reply.

Gerrard will start if fit enough no doubt, I would like to see Spearing keep his place because he was very good against Sunderland, it will be interesting to see if he can be consistent. Gerrard for Raul for me, I think Raul needs a rest for a couple of weeks as the speed/physicality of the league look to have caught up with him slightly, next season he will be very good I'm sure of it

Carroll and Suarez to both score, Carroll once again will look slightly better and hopefully his first touch will have improved a bit.

I'd say that is very likely. Stevie, if ready, on the bench and only used if the result is not in our favor.

IF he does manage a win / draw then you can be certain he'll use it as an opportunity to have a pop at LFC and blow his own trumpet

I s'pose he could make the bench. My line of thought was that Ngog would be a sub for Carroll and we might as well push Kuyt up front if Carroll needs a sub. Therefore IMO there is more options if we have Cole and Maxi on the bench!

But I agree that Ngog will be on the bench!

I think we will start seeing the Carroll Suarez partnership up front, and then try and fit our many central midfielders in to a wider playing role.

Merieles I think will keep is forward going role and perhaps with Gerrard pushed towards the left and Lucas behind.

From his point of view he'll feel completely within his rights to do so and I am sure most of the wumdets sorry pundets will agree.
