With the increase in our attacking threat, the passion Kenny brings and the unity he's also brought, i really cant see us being beaten at Anfield too often next season. We should have enough quality to see off the no-marks and Kenny's already shown how he can get us up for it for the big games.

If we can produce some consistency on the road next season, we'll be in a very good position to do something.

Man of the Match thread is going to be a difficult one today, there were so fantastic performances

How ironic if we beat Arsenal and virtually hand scum their 19th title

                  How good was Spearing tonight?!

MOM has to be Dirk though - simply amazing. Everywhere on the pitch and a great goal.

Mind you, he's the classic "tries so hard because he's a bit ****" player. If he was much more talented, he's probably be a lazy ****.
Just to clarify, though i think you realise, my post was a compliment to Kuyt, not a slating

Aside from energy/stamina, the physicality/tangible stuff is what he lacks, eg pace, power, touch, control etc. Most of the mental side of the game, perhaps decision-making aside, he's got in abundance. Spirit, desire, thoughtfulness, leadership, great attitude etc etc.

Cant fail to love the guy really. That doesnt mean he doesnt irritate me when he miscontrols an easy ball though or chooses to try a top corner worldie shot when a simple square ball is on, mind you

I walked past the bookies on the way home and they had Liverpool to win 3-0 a £10 bet wins you £230 and thought that'll never happen I thought we could nick it but never imagined 3-0

Quality that, if this man is backed in the summer then we'll be going places, bigtime. Giving this job to any other man would be foolish.

He was excellent, everything he didn't do at WBA he did tonight.

Dirk was immense. 9 goals, for such a supposedly unproductive player.

Amazing, just brilliant. The fight and desire was immense, Suarez was great and deserved a goal. Both of Carrolls were ace

Flanagan can be well chuffed with his debut too, especially given the talent of the players he was facing
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

Very pleased with that. Good signs as we've seen in most of the games with Kenny. Happy with performances from Flanagan, Aurelio, Kuyt, Suarez and Carroll. Loved that we kept a clean sheet too.

It was brilliant when Kenny caught the ball from the Hart clearance.
