Well maybe it doesn't, but it looks quite stupid.

To be fair, the Arse were also mourning Danny Fiszman & thus their mascot was present.

Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has played down fears that striker Andy Carroll has picked up another injury problem.

The club's record signing was brought off halfway through the second period of Sunday's draw at Arsenal but the Reds boss has denied there is a problem.
Carroll landed awkwardly after challenging for a header but he was only substituted as a precaution, according to the boss.
He said: "Andy came off as a precaution"He jarred his knee. Rather than take the chance, considering how well he's done to get back from injury, we brought him off. We want him to play more games this season."

the fact that he left his technical area to curse at Wenger contradicts the FA's Respect agenda.e
Errrrr, hadn't the final whistle just gone? And he was on his way to shake Wenger's hand (with a huge grin on his face ). That's when it all got a bit sordid.

                    Good performance again.

The two full backs played well beyond their years. Flanagan plays like a Carragher clone, whereas Robinson just oozes class. Lucas and Spearing again impressed, Jay really is taking his chance well. Kuyt good again, Kenny has got him playing higher up the pitch meaning he isn't wasting energy winning the ball in the right-back position. Suarez was the only one who didn't have a great game, but even then he is such a threat when he gets the ball, he could and maybe should have got on the scoresheet.

Overall, Kenny really has got a great team spirit going. Despite all the hurdles yesterday (Aurelio, Carroll, Carragher, Penalty), we just kept going. And the way Kenny handled Robinson and Flanagan was a joy to see. Everything bodes well for next season, as long as the King is in charge

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

On another note, can I say Ray wilkins

I think he's taken the criticism on board really well and he's been very good for the Man City and Arsenal games (even though he needs to mind his language )
