After 4 goals in two games I think it would be extremely harsh to drop Maxi in favour playing Meireles out of position again.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

same 11 that started against the barcodes. carroll on bench : "we bought him for 5 years etc...."
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

This will be a tough game, very awkward and well organised side. Kuyt & Suarez have been excellent together so IMO i'd keep them in there. Like to see Carroll for 25 mins or so at latter stages. I'm not the greatest fan of Maxi but he has done very well recently, making runs into the box and picking up second balls so he's be a starter for me aswell. The rest of the team pretty much picks itself IMO with injuries etc

Meireles is only good in one position behind the front man, anywhere else he seems to not be able to adapt and game passes him by, midfield battle zone is not a place for him to be in either. Good squaddie next season IMO

I wouldnt foresee a massively 'battlesome' midfield area against Fulham though, it's not their game.

          I'd go with:

          Reina
          Flanno Carra Sktrel Johnson
          Spearing Meireles Lucas
          Maxi
          Kuyt Suarez

Give Suarez, Maxi and Kuyt the freedom to go interchange and go wide, where they need to.

Duff is out of this game. Don't know if he played in their last few games though!
Jellyfish are 97% water or something, so how much are they doing? Just give them another 3% and make them water. It's more useful

I semi-know Fulham defender and Norn Iron Captain Aaron Hughes

He hasn't done too badly, played Premier League football his entire career.

                Liverpool fan too

So what are u suggesting? That he'll give us an easy time or we should buy him? Hopefully it's the former...
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

I’d stick with the same ‘winning’ side – carroll can come off the bench for ‘impact’ if needed

                          Tough game

would be good if blackpool, fighting for their lives got a draw or better at spurs - just take a little pressure off etc
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

                            Match pointers

                            • Fulham have failed to score in six of their last seven league meetings with Liverpool

59.2% of Liverpool's passes this season have been played in or into the opposition half, the lowest ratio in the division I imagine this was even lower before Dalglish

                            • Aaron Hughes has played more Premier League matches without being sent off (396) than any other defender

                            • Lucas Leiva has attempted a tackle every 16.5 minutes this season – more regularly than any other player

                            • On average, Fulham have conceded their first goal after 31 minutes, quicker than any other side in the top flight
                            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Surprised the ratio is not even lower.

"This season the team with more goals has won 42% of the time"

I agree this is going to be a tough game, not just because they have a good home record, but because they'll play with exactly the type of setup against which we find it difficult to create chances.
