I'm getting more and more annoyed at the elephant in the room that everyone seems to be avoiding discussing, ie: Gordon Taylor spoke about the 'clause' and how it didn't mean Arsenals bid of over 40mill would work, but how about they discuss how Arsenal knew to bid this amount.

Because it seems that no-one gives a **** about tapping up any more, it clearly goes on all the time, but I can only think of a couple of times where action has been taken against the club involved. I think we should look to take action against Arsenal and Suarez' agent (as presumably he is the one who leaked details).

I remember someone offered me a bet because they were adamant Suarez wasn't angling for a move and those quotes from Uruguay were made up/misrepresented. Involved one of us leaving the forum. Can't remember who it was now

if Bayern or Real, I hope we'll be looking for player exchange as part of the deal - it'll save us wasting time, effort and inflated prices getting someone in knowing we have 'Suarez money' and without CL to offer them...

Only if they are players we are interested in anyway, I'd rather just have the money than take someone like Nunez again.

Odds are stacked heavily in your favour on that bet. He could go for anywhere under £30m or over £30m and you'd win. Make a realistic bet. Oh and a realistic stake

I don't bet.

But I can't see the club selling him for less than £40m and I think he'll go for more if he's sold to either of the two clubs mentioned (or probably anyone else either).
