Why has he not put in a transfer request? Is it for the ££££ he will lose? Money has really had a negative effect on the game if this is how a so called professional is aloud to behave or encouraged to behave.

No one has bid as his reputation is catching up with him. He is making himself a very undesirable player and all his antics are doing detrimental damage to his image. He is still a very good footballer but look at the negative press he brings to a club. I'm sure it's making clubs think is he worth the hassle.
