he looked a little slower/more laboured in his play? Still did well
but seemed to lack that explosive power imo.
I read that he was ill before the palace game but still played - weren't the doctors out on the pitch with him before KO?

I agree though he has looked a little less sharper than usual
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

He was getting really pissed off towards the end of the game yesterday whilst the players were keeping hold of the ball and knocking it around. He REALLY wanted us to attack so he could try and get the record breaking goal

He was and so was I. Had several chances to feed it into his feet and let him turn and run at them, but they never once gave it him FFS.
        Thanks very much for being

BTW.......what about that early FK in the first half?

Talk about on the ball, and what an impudent finish........no-one, I repeat, no-one in the ground was expecting something like that.
You can even argue that technically, the ball was just about stopped just as he hit it despite that being Sky's initial reasoning for the disallowed goal. Only for Dowd was talking to one of the opposition was that ruled out.

when he hit that free kick with the outside of his right foot and floated it over the goalie... another touch of genius,
i was pissing myself laughing at the sheer impudence of him. i love him.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

I was pissing myself laughing too, especially when he immediately tore off in sheer elation, arms outstretched and aloft. He's absolutely hilarious.

Yeah - he had it on the pitch in a few of the videos I saw.

nice one. They gave him the opposite boot to the one he got last year so he now has a pair of golden Sambas

I hope he doesn't leave LFC anytime soon.
