I don't watch a huge amount of Spanish football but I thought the perceived wisdom was that Neymar's presence has slightly diminished Messi's individual effectiveness last season. Would have thought adding Suarez could be a case of too many cooks. Or perhaps they're so good its irrelevant

I would have thought generally that Barca need a Sturridge-type more than a Suarez really
I agree, it will NOT work. What Barca needs is a natural wing player as the 3rd player in their front line, not another forward.

If they want it to work, they'll have to change Messi's position. Otherwise, Suarez will be chasing tails out wide where he's not as effective. It's looked bad enough with Messi and Neymar, I did not think they meshed well at all.

Man United fan in work now demanding a worldwide football ban. I asked if he'd done it for Liverpool would you be screaming out for him to be banned for Uruguay too. He said of course he would. Yeah right

I understand him wanting to go to Barca. If we get 50 million and Sanches I can live with that. Buy Shaqiri, Lallana and we'd be in a decent position.

The article says 50 million euros. That's £40m + Sanchez. There is zero chance we'll take that, which is why I believe the article is not credible.

The reactions are all so absolutely crazy and OTT, but Luis only has himself to blame. Was convinced he would win the Balon D'Or next season but no chance of that now.

When he's playing somewhere else next season will his 'supporters' be as vocal? As a scorer of goals the bloke is a phenom, as an adult human being he appears to be a bit of an oxygen thief!

Call me an old cynic, but none of his sponsors will drop him.

Yesterday on BBC News they mentioned 888 Poker and Adidas more times than I could count. They use this negative publicity pretty well in these situations.

Same with Coca Cola threatening to pull out of sponsoring the WC. They wont, but it gets their name out as a concerned company.
