It was but I get Boogar's point too. I didn't think he would be sold on the cheap anyway. There's clearly no need to sell him on the cheap because Barca haven't been put off by his antics and still want him, price remains the same for me. Of course they will try it on but that should be getting short thrift.

If anything you could argue this bite puts us in a stronger position. Suarez has ****ed up and he's dragged the club through the mud again. Personally I think the clubs stance should be, you can go if you want....but it's on our terms now, not yours....
£80m or £50m and Sanchez/Pedro....no move to another prem side.
If nobody stumps up the cash tough ****. We stand by him/offer support etc and just have to get through the first part of the season without himi own everton fans on the internet....that's what i doComment

I'm not saying it's helping, I'm just offering a suggestion as to why he's not confessing like he has the previous two times.
Henry had a figure in mind when the summer began (it was pretty obvious either Barca or Madrid or both would be in for him) and that figure won't have changed. They know that those clubs will want him regardless of his on-field misdemeanors and despite what his detractors and some sections of the media might think, his value hasn't been effected. Henry is seemingly a pretty tough businessman who knows the value of his asset and won't sell for a penny less. Why should he?Comment

That's not his release clause though is it (if one exists)
I'm sure we've a value we'd do business at for Suarez whether it's met we'll have to see.
I think he'll want to be off himself this summer to get away from the British press which whilst he's not helped himself with them I can fully understand.Comment
