It's not just this. She yaps at me for 8 hours a day talking absolute nonsense. She tells me she hates football, finds it boring. A Sunderland fan comes in, mentions 10 games and she's off.

Rodgers isn't a big enough name to be able to do that. Very few managers would get away with it.

My understanding is they're independent of both Liverpool and Chelsea in the sense that they've never been employed by either and not a fan. That doesn't mean they're genuinely independent though. They could be Mancs, the ex player might have something against the club from his playing days, the barrister could be a Daily Mail reading xenophobe, **** knows. It's obvious that they are influenced by both the FA and the media though rather than taking the case in isolation.

Agreed - it's infuriating.

A red card is a red card, if someone gets sent off serves their suspension and comes back and gets sent off again they still do 3 games.

That warning wasnt just confined to further "racial" comments it was broad and encompassing - "future behaviour" is a large umbrella

My biggest problem isnt the length of the ban its the inconsistencies in the punishments

Its time for the FA to set guidelines on punishments that are actually adhered to and not just punishments that are arbitrary

Punishments should be laid out accordingly and should be given out even if a referee gives a yellow card / or red

The whole thing is chaotic at best as it stands and is totally open to ridicule

This misdemeanor is covered under "future behaviour" and is why they have thrown the book at him

Graham Bean thinks the ban is 10 games because LFC/Suarez dared indicate that 3 games was enough. WTF. So if you don't agree with the FA they will just ban you for more games for the sake of it? What a total complete bunch of idiots.

And to top that off, they'll warn you not to appeal and increase the ban if you do. This is so piss poor governance that it's laughable. It should me more open, rules based, precedence based and treat everyone equally and offer the right to appeal to another body.
