But seriously, spitting may disgust us in terms of a normal human reaction, but injuring someone deliberately - or even through wanton carelessness - is far more worthy of condemnation, the harm/potential for harm is much greater..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

we can only appeal 7 of the 10 games, 3 are accepted already and can't be appealed. Best get them done now.Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
