Can't see how anyone can think we can be a stronger team without Suarez. How many genuine game changers are there out there? Players who can turn a game single-handedly and do it regularly. Very few. Messi, Van Persie, Ronaldo, Iniesta, Suarez, Bale, Robben, Reus, Aguero.
That's why he's so special. We could be going nowhere in a game yet Suarez could change it with a moment of brilliance.
Even if we have 100m to spend I can't see us buying anything other than potential, because we don't have CL so it's very difficult to attract these types. Sure, we will buy good players and have potential. But we will struggle as we always to in breaking teams down, and without Suarez, more draws. To me he's more important to us now than Torres. He makes teams fear us, terrorizes defences. Irreplaceable for me. We need him to stay and really do everything to get CL, or we'll be set adrift.Comment

Just heard his press conferance in Uruguay. He should learn to keep his mouth shut. It is very disrespectful of him to declare his desire to leave in front of the media rather than discussing his situation with LFC. The club and fans stood by him through all the BS.Comment

End of the day Luis Suarez is a Loose Cannon,we knew this when we signed him from ajax where he forced his transfer to lfc and had issues there,and now looks to have caused mayhem at lfc and now seems to be forcing his move away from here,controversy will follow him where ever he goes that he can be sure offComment

Maybe he discussed it with LFC and they said that he must stay. I don't really believe the club when they said that he hasn't talked to them about it.
IMO he talked with the club months ago about it and they knew that he wanted out and they said no.
I think that he is desperate to leave. Staying isn't an option.
He then bit Ivanovic so he could get the move he want. No way that it was a heat in moment thing, no way IMO.
When Ajax refused to sell him and asked for silly money he shortly after bit a player. A coincidence?

Not just an engineer of goals...personally i think this move will make sense to the owners, he is a liability and is damaging the good name of LFC with his mental antics. Its an opportunity to double our money on him while we have also got a lot out of him.
It will be very sad to see him go but if we can reinvest the money into the squad we should auction him of to the highest bidder.
