We will be so much weaker if we sell Suarez that his replacement must deliver from week one. No gamble on a player that may deliver from week one.
I think we are being over the top with the doom and gloom being bandied about should we lose Suarez.

We finished the season well enough without him, we've added one or two new faces and if he was to leave I'm pretty sure we'd add another.

Undoubtedly the guy is a stand out player and I've not seen a player as talented in an LfC shirt for sometime but life will go on, I'm pretty sure the current squad don't see themselves as a 1 man team and I'm pretty sure BR never accepted the job thinking he was going to build a team around Suarez.

Personally think he owes us another season and TBH still think we'll manage to get one out of him.

Strong management is what is needed here and the club need to stand firm............. Until a bid of £50million is received.

He is a big gamble as any player we would bring as Suarez replacement.

There is a big step from playing at Swansea to playing for a club of our size and expectations.

I think Michu is a good footballer but I am not so sure that he'd hit the ground running for us us just coz he proved to be a good buy for Swansea nor I'm sure he is a type of player that would be well suited for us.

On that note, I'd never pay 20m for his services.

Michu is 27, i wouldn't be offering anywhere near £20m for him.

Benteke is overrated. Very hot and cold, like a strong Defoe.

We should never accept a deal with a PL rival. No ifs or buts, no deal with a PL rival.

If we sell him it must be to a foreign club.

Not sure about that 23 goals in 39 games for a struggling side is an excellent return. He is still very raw and gets caught offside a lot but he has the potential to be a very very good player.

Think he had the highest conversion rate in the league last season for a striker as well?

I would like us to go for Soldado if Luis leaves. Would do well in our system IMO.

                      I'd keep away from both.

She is going to get some serious **** when he leaves I bet

The Times does not make very good reading. Early extracts are he seems up for Arsenal move

I don't think there are any PL replacements I'd be happy with.

Benteke, Lukaku and Michu have had one good season and could have the same (lack of) effect as Carroll.

There aren't many overseas players either to be honest, we have to face up to the fact that we can't dwell on History, world class players are very unlikely to want to join a team that have been way off CL for years now.
