Let's just wait until Nigel has a look at the video before we all jump to conclusions. If that tweet above is correct then his quote might genuinely have been lost in translation.

If anything he needs to get out there and show everyone the person he is. Well all know he is great. Not many others think it though.

This is a nothing link, fans of every other club in the PL would be delighted to see him go for a few reasons, the main one being he is our best player.
Why our own fans feel the need to join in and have a pop at him is ridiculous
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

Is'nt France like the worst place apart from here for him to go and play his football.

Although i expect Paris must be quite appealing to him and his family, but if true, it's the comments about PSV being a club that's assembling a strong side that more irks me, wtf does he think our intention is!

These clubs with zillionaire shiek/oligarch owners make me so jealou.....sick!

Just watched it though as has been reported it's been translated from Spanish. Canal + have got shares in psg I think and wouldn't surprise me if they put words to that effect in his mouth. They're the propaganda machine for psg, always have been.

I agree with you that it's a nothing story but Suarez could have phrased it a little better to completely remove the prospect of a story being made of it.

Something like "I love playing with Lugano and he is my friend but my future is committed to Liverpool. If i was to ever leave, then playing alongside him would be great but i'm not even thinking of leaving Liverpool" would have been fine.

Just seen the interview where the guy asks if him if he could join Paris in the future and Luis says "Yes, just like many other clubs, there are many big clubs as renowned as them whio want to build a good team & Paris is one of those teams who recruit to strengthen" or words to that effect. Pretty much just being polite and diplomatic. But the press will do what the press do.

So FSG's first port of call would be to prove that the interview was hopelessly out of context and nip any media bollocks in the bud.

Or just fabricate an "Evra would like to play for PSG" rumour

To be honest, I would not blame him if he wanted to up sticks and move (not that I want him to go) with all the crap that he gets from rival supporters. I also don,t believe he gets the rub from Referees (Yes he goes down to easily for my taste) but sometimes I think if that was another player we would get a free kick there, even more so since he came back from his ban.

He's a football player, like Torres, driven, ambitious, and self centered, what would we expect if Madrid or Barca came in, Suarez to say 'no...i'm staying, as this club and the fans have been loyal to me' ?

                                Because i don't.
