As much as I disagree with them and really can't get my head round their way of thinking, I very much doubt it.

Maybe people on here who were "slagging him off" were simply frustrated at his undoubted talent, but increasingly regular tendency to waste opportunities. If Suarez scores plenty of goals then he can be as greedy as he likes as far as I'm concerned.

It's called a discussion forum Chris lad, that means opinions will be expressed which you may not agree with. If you don't like that then I suggest you register with RAWK, criticism of the manager on there results in a ban, I think you'd like it there Chris.

He has faults for sure but I find it bizarre that certain posters only criticise Suarez who is our best player by a wide margin while turning a blind eye to other players who get continually selected while contributing **** all.

We all see different attributes in different players. I'd like to see the players who promised so much yet delivered so little during this season really making a difference next season. Not going to get into an argument after a good albeit rather meaningless win today. If only we'd performed like that more often during the second half of the season I wouldn't feel so apathetic towards the remaining league games.

To be fair to Chris, suggesting that posters are criticising Suarez in a deliberate effort to divert attention away from managerial failings or those of other players is myopic at best, insane at worst.

While I totally agree with you that Suarez is our best player and suggesting we should sell him is bonkers, its just as bonkers to believe people have that sort of an agenda. There are literally thousands of posts on here criticising Kenny and the likes of Downing & Adam, indeed you have to try pretty hard to find any particularly supportive posts of those signings or many people who are better than ambivalent about Kenny's position.
