Luis Suarez collided with Asmir Begovic late in the second half and Rodgers explained how the Uruguayan was forced to put ice on his ankle afterwards to stop the swelling.

I also think it's worth noting that this sort of PR offensive is exactly what the club is usually accused of not doing..

Suárez gets some positive press, a positive Sky interview, etc. And in the second minute of his first game afterwards, he is awarded a penalty. Coincidence?
Probably. But all that matters is that people who make decisions make them based on evidence, not reputation.
What a fan of Man United or Chelsea or Leeds or Aldershot might think is totally unimportant..
