Pretty unprecedented statement from the usually toothless FA. Can't say Im surprised. They will come down hard on Luis. He deserves a ban but seriously, they have let many cases of violent conduct go. Im acrually fearful of what they will give him. I reckon its 10+ which would be an utter joke

I just hope we go into this better prepared than the Evra incident. Anything more than a 3 game ban is over the top. Don't get me wrong Suarez deserves to be banned, but as a club we should not bend over and let the FA shaft us with anything more than a 3 game ban.

Only the FA could deem it ok to take retrospective action on this and not some of the two footed and dangerous tackles that have happened this season. I wish as a club we grew a pair and led the way in standing up to the perceived corruption that exists in the FA. Too many double standards over the years that have benefited other clubs, you only have to look at the Evra and Ferdinand incidents to see this, Terry caught on camera but only given a four game ban.
