This may be your opinion Arn, but in my opinion it is completely wrong.
According to FA regulations, and I have posted the exact link to this before, once convicted of an offence you can only appeal the judgement on the basis of procedural error, or you can appeal the details of the punishment (under risk of them being made more stringent rather than less). You cannot however appeal to "clear your name", there is no provision for that whatsoever.
