Tony Evans thinks Liverpool will try very hard to keep hold of him for at least one more season. Doesn't think a clause exists in his deal either. Was on Talksport this morning

Don't get me wrong, I think the media as crucified him to such a degree only because they're bigoted arises. Had it been an England player it would have been sold as harmless hi-jinks and isn't he a wonderful jack the lad.

However he's far from innocent and needs to look at himself and not just blame others. But that can't really kill his fear of being demonised in the national press for weeks over the slightest misdemeanor.

Didn't he say press/media criticism and people disliking him spurs him on to better performances and he didn't really care. May have said something similar to The Times the day before biting someone. Needs to make his mind up really.

And if he thinks he deserves to play in a better team, I'd disagree. I think he has issues with his mentality. There aren't many top clubs where you would get away being suspended for 22 games in a couple seasons with no red cards against you. He himself has let us down and brought those problems on himself. If he wants to talk about the impact on his daughter and his wife, he really needs to look at himself and sort himself out. It's easy to blame others for things, much more difficult to find fault in yourself. Most normal folk would look at themselves if they'd done something wrong and try and address the problem if it affects their homelife.

I don't agree that the racism Evra case was his fault. The club and the FA really didn't give him a fair chance.

We will never really know if he is innocent or not thanks to that. I don't think he was guilty that time because I find it impossible that every camera would have missed him jumping around like a monkey shouting racism things to Evra a number of times.

When it comes down to the bite then I think he did that to get a move away from the club.

IMO Suarez is excellent using the media in the same way as Xabi so we the fans will love him.

I agree with Neil and Shaggy on this. If he decides to leave now it doesn't suddenly make him some vile cunt that we should boo. Petty ****e.

Everyone has their own views on it mate. Some will love the guy for what he did here, some will feel let down totally by him. Each to their own really. People are just going to react differently to it. Go on places like Twitter, the reactions are pretty varying.

I'm not going to criticise anyone for being positive about him or anything like that.

Real Madrid are prepared to offer Luis Suarez a £140,000-a-week, four-year contract and are confident they will be able to sign the Liverpool forward, 27, for £20m plus Spanish striker Jose Callejon, 26.

I might be wrong, but I don't think Callejon is even 26? I thought he was younger than that.

If we were going to swap with Real, which player would you ask for? It'd be Higuain for me

Cheers mate. I thought Callejon would be younger than 26 as they rave about him as some **** hot youngster. He doesn't seem to get much game time either. If they are interested in letting Ozil go, he'd be a goer too
