Each case should be judged on its merits really. Luis is an exceptional case due to his history over the last 2 years. If his stance is loyalty bonus related, quite frankly he's taking the piss.
If Carroll refuses to go due to wanting a loyalty bonus then I'd probably have a bit more sympathy towards him as it's the club wanting him outComment

...is why I think he'll be here another year. Can't see another club paying £50mil-ish and then another 7 or 8 million on top to cover for Saurez's 'loyalty' to a club they're buying him from.
He's never made it easy for himself ol' Suarez, and he certainly won't this summer. So lets have those lineups with Suarez in for next season.
