but i said last week lets either keep all twitter stuff in the twitter thread or just put it in the transfer thread......also other posters do it ............ but if it makes you happy ......but like i said others do the same

If we see others do it, they will get it mentioned to them too. I think legit tweets from people like the BBC or Times are fine as discussion points. But @TheTotalLFC could just be some 12 year old kid making stuff up.

There is a clear difference between posting something Tweeted by a reputable(?!) journalist or media outlet, and posting something from a clearly made-up Twitter account such as "@SuperHotBreakingLFCTransferNews". Anyone could create the later and it's just completely unsubstantiated (albeit sometimes simply repeating what other sources have said).

I really don't think it's that difficult to differentiate between the two and post them accordingly.

You're somewhat prolific at the latter, which is probably why you're being asked more than others.

If a player puts in a tranny request. The lose out on the "the golden handshake" of a few millions as part of unpaid wages for the duration of the the contract and possibly a % of the transfer fee. In Suarez's case I am guessing this could be several millions of £'s

I get that but my point is that if Madrid meet the release clause, then he doesn’t need to put in a transfer request and give up his bonus as the club have to accept the offer anyway. Him putting in a transfer request won’t make Madrid any more likely to put in a bid if they still have to pay the same amount, ie. whatever the clause is set at.

Because apparently the clause is set at something like £40m but it triggers the club actually being allowed to talk to the player and LFC considering the bid, but it doesn't mean that the bid has to be accepted at £40m by us. Hence, us allegedly putting a deadline on when a deal must be completed. Pretty sure a few of the reliable journalists like Barrett, King, Hunter said this a couple of weeks ago
