Remember the chav fans making gestures at Torres? He didn't care after joining them.

Obviously. Still when you see them all creaming their pants on Twitter, it makes them look even bigger cunts than usual.

I'm sure we've done similar in the past but in Luis is case from all the abuse he has taken I'd be shocked if he wanted to move in the PL to another team.

I think he's going to stay anyway

I don't think Rodgers will allow our owners selling him to a club like Arsenal. Wouldn't be surprised if he walked if that happened.

It is a foreign club for £60m+ or no one IMO.

Rodgers have put a lot of his personal prestige on the line. If we sell him on the cheap to Arsenal then his word will be worth nothing. No one would believe what he said anymore. No one would believe that he have the final word.

I wouldn't say that he would be finished here but he would have a massive job to convince the supporters that he is the real deal and not just another yes saying manager that tells the supporters what the owners tell him to say.

This deal isn't only about money.

It will also show what ambition FSG have. It will show what kind of final say Rodgers have.

Sell him on the cheap to Arsenal and FSG can take their so called ambition and **** off. Rodgers is clever enough knowing that if we sell him to Arsenal on the cheap then our chance to finish in the top four would be over before the league even started.

IMO if Rodgers have the final word then Suarez will never be sold to another PL club.

I agree its not just about money but there could be the situation that the player is adamant he wants to go. Once that's the case the club has to find the best solution which may involve him staying in the PL.

That said I still think he'll go to Spain

They already have a playing style and a tactic in place that fits him perfectly.

Arsenal miss a world class attacker and they would get that if they signed Suarez. They would get one of the best players in the world and the best player in the league. They would get a player that deliver week in week out.

RvP goes missing at least two or three games out of ten and you could say the same thing about Bale.

Suarez almost never goes missing. When you have Suarez on the pitch then you know that he will deliver even when he is off form.

If Real signed up Suarez then they could challenge Barcelona. Neymar is a great player but Suarez is miles better.

Suarez is such a fantastic player that any team out of the top four or five clubs that sign him up would have a chance to win the league.
Arn that's not true mate, Ronaldo is clearly a better player.

He's scored 146 goals in 135 games for Madrid.. and that's leaving out his Man United days. Think Iniesta will feel just a wee bit hard done by with that statement too. RVP aswell.

Suarez is world class though & will succeed with any team.
