Didn't say that but the bollocks coming out from journos at present is entirely for their own end.

If I'm honest I think at most this is PR from Arsenal, could be wrong of course but either way its ****ing tedious

Instinct, if you think logically about it, gather all the non/verbal language and information out there, weigh it up, you would be pretty naive to think there is nothing in it. It's very obvious that there is. Not going to argue about it. Just wait and see.

Ok fella, just remember lots of people out there trying to benefit from all the stories, I think you'd be hugely naive to believe all you read and don't read but can imagine.

He might well go this Summer but I'd be shocked if its to Arsenal, we'll see I guess.

Arsenal trigger Luis Suarez's Liverpool contract clause with incredible £40,000,001 bid
                            23 Jul 2013 22:39

And that extra pound means the Merseyside club, who have rejected the approach, will have to tell Suarez of the Gunners' interest in him

Arsene Wenger last night tabled a stunning and cheeky £40,000,001 bid for Luis Suarez.

The extra quid triggers a clause in the Liverpool hitman’s contract meaning the Merseyside club must inform him of Arsenal’s offer.

Liverpool last night rejected the approach – but Gunners striker Lukas Podolski urged Wenger to seal the deal.

The German said: “Of course Suarez is a big player. He’s scored a lot of goals so he’s a big striker. I’m happy when players come in. I want to play with the best players in the world.

“There is competition at every big club, particularly at a club of the size of Arsenal.”

Wenger now expects Suarez to tell Anfield boss Brendan Rodgers that he wants to speak to Arsenal and move to play in the *Champions League.

Uruguay ace Suarez, 26, will find Wenger prepared to shatter the Emirates wage structure with a five-year, £150m-a-week contract.

Despite the £40m-plus offer, Liverpool would find it more palatable to sell – if their hands are forced – to Real Madrid.

So far Real have only valued Suarez at £25m, but the Spanish giants have agreed to sell Gonzalo Higuain to Napoli for £30m.

And Suarez’s advisors have been asked to stall any negotiations until the Bernabeu outfit can make their own formal approach to Liverpool.

If the club sold him to arsenal i could see Rodgers walking tbh.

Still got a nagging feeling that Arsenal are doing Madrid's dirty work for them and that the end result will be Suarez to Real for £40m (on the grounds of rather them than arsenal) and Higuain to Arsenal.

Can't believe we'd sell him to arsenal whatever the price. I'd be seriously worried about where we are as a club if that happened.
