Got to admit the club is playing a blinder here. Hats off to everyone there. Our reputation as being a soft touch in the marketplace can be completely turned around if we stick to our guns.

No smoke without fire and he isn't exactly making media statements to debunk any of the rumours.
The guy is a liability to us or to anybody that signs him. For sure, he scores goals and plays with his heart of his sleeve. But at what cost? 10 game bans per season and a tarnished club reputation?
Let's not forget the flack Dalglish took for standing by him over the Evra situation and the support his own work coil leagues showed him in the aftermath.
If your bird was fit and great in bed but you caught her shagging your best mate would you get back with her just because she lets you do naughty stuff up her chocolate speedway and looks great on your arm?Winning an argument on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win you are still a retard!Comment

But you could also argue he's taken some of the pressure off the new signings by stealing the limelight. Works both ways really.Comment

I am talking about the racism and biting, not his comments since (I have seen little of what he has said that is derogatory)Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.Comment

ffs, even Nicky Campbell on 5 live is talking Suarez/Loyalty in football today.
edit: Sack Parry is on with him now.
Ha, some bloke came on saying...'Nuuhhhhh.. Gerrard only stayed because LFC bought him off, gave him more money a bigger contract', Sack Parry said....'That was not the case, he got no more money, nothing was on the table, he stayed because emotionally he couldn't leave the club.'Last edited by Vermilion; 25-07-13, 08:19 AM.Comment

Do you think there would be pressure on our new signings if this wasn't hapenning? Couldn't see it myself. Think they'd all be granted a bedding in period.Comment

If Liverpool stand firm on the fee and it looks like the deal is falling through I don't think refusing to play or taking Liverpool to court is beneath Suarez.Comment
