I sense so much bull**** it's unreal. So far the only thing that seems to be progressing is Suarez departuring. With Reina's wages gone (btw why couldn't we have sold him now?), we've almost broke even on our transfer spending, and still no sign of anyone coming, we get ourselves linked with these players that we're obviously not going to buy - Soldado for €30m LOL, whith Mkhitaryan BVB showed us how to be serious about a transfer, 'LFC looked at Muriel', 'LFC looked at Bernard' - so we end up with the cheap ones that barely improve our current squad. Meanwhile we need top players PLUS Suarez staying if we want to challenge for anything.
If Suarez leaves for, let's say £45m, who can we even bring in to replace him properly? And I'm sure there's more than one first team position that needs to be strengtened.Comment
