I don't think we are waiting. Our pursuit of Mkhitaryan prove that. We just can't seem to attract top quality players though. If we wait we'll lose Suarez and we don't want to lose him. We want to build around him.

We don't seem to be linked seriously with anyone at the moment, things seem to have gone unusually quiet in terms of players that we are being linked with bringing in.

Not sure. Think we were after an attacking midfielder anyway. I suspect if Luis goes, then we'll be after an attacking midielder and a striker. Should still be the £20m odd to spend this summer without Suarez sale proceeds

Talking about a player also means that money, ownership, managers etc is a part of it.

If you talk about a player like Suarez then a big part of the discussion is what we need to do to keep a player like him. He may not be mentioned at all but it is still a part of the discussion.
