Suarez's exit depends on;
a) How much Arsenal are willing to pay.
b) How much of a cunt Suarez is willing to be to force through a move.
c) Our success in buying replacements.Comment

Which makes it either very coincidental, or devious.(if he is indeed injured)
Anyway, what did Ayre say exactly about Arsenal, did he say catagorically that what ever happens with Suarez, the player WILL NOT be going to Arsenal ?Last edited by Vermilion; 06-08-13, 09:20 AM.Comment

Nah he didn't say that. He said we don't want to sell himComment

Precisely.
He's either lieing, exagerating, or not lieing.Oh I don't know.Comment

He said the club doesn't want to sell.
Even if Ayre did say we aren't selling to Arsenal I don't think that would be the end of it.
I remember when Thommo said we definately aren't selling Fowler and then watching the Leeds press conference the very next day.Comment

oK, I just thought he'd specifically named them as a club we would'nt be selling him to, regardless of whether he leaves.
As for Thommo, i could easily understand him not being given all the info about what would happen to Fowler, i see it a bit different with Ayre, if he's said no to Arsenal at any cost, for the reason we see them as direct rivals for top 4, then i'd like to think we'd have to stick to that.
If he didn't, then, well, never mind.

He might have a little niggle which would not otherwise prevent him from training or playing. So he would be exagerating the extent of the 'injury' rather than just pretending there was an injury when there actually isn't.Oh I don't know.Comment
