I just wonder why it is bloody difficult for some fans to understand that football is a team game on and off the pitch. You could have a brilliant squad but if the off the pitch staff isn't working like a team then it will affect the results on the pitch.
The off the pitch staff didn't work like a team before, during and after the Evra gate. The result. A mess. It affected the whole club from top to bottom.
I've no doubt Susan has done a good job, but you have to understand that the way you phrase your point, it can seem like you are trying to take credit away from others (i.e. Rodgers) rather than sharing the credit. I think that's why you perhaps got some stick about it, that's all.

In this case I knew what a director of communication is. I didn't give her credit to take away any credit from Rodgers.
Before Black was appointed our director of communication Rodgers didn't act as brilliant as he do now. The way he talks now have changed a lot since Black got her job.
A coincidence? I don't think so but that is my opinion.
It is a part of her job to create communication strategies. That means briefing for example. If she is doing the duties like a normal director of communication do of course.Stop the cyberhate
