Been in the pipeline for a while this Falcao stuff despite the move to Monaco.

If they sell Di Maria and Benzema, it wouldn't surprise me if they moved for Suarez too.

Falcao to Monaco was just a ridiculous transfer anyway.

Ronaldo to PSG, Benzema to wherever and Real's new frontline of:

      Bale - Falcao - Suarez

That says something about them having €50m for a no 9, Suarez AND Falcao are being considered and that "the Columbian" has a contract clause allowing him to speak to Madrid, so hardly just a simple "Suarez to Madrid".

I do have to wonder why, if Real were so interested in him, they never made an offer during the summer?

Falcao to Monaco would make a lot more sense if he moved straight on to Real.

Well, we will be more or less forced to sell Suarez next summer if he don't sign a new long term deal.

If we sell him then it shouldn't be for less than Spurs got for Bale. Suarez is maybe the best player that ever played in the league. I can't remember a better one.

He do things on the pitch that is fantasy stuff and he do it in every game. As our captain said, Suarez is the second best player in the world. Only the best player ever stops him from being the best one.

I think my excellent Spanish makes out that Real Madrid will be signing someone in the January transfer window if Benzema doesn't explode.

They couldn't sign him from Atletico because of well known reasons. He will be hated by the Atletico fans if he move to Real but the Atletico board won't get blamed.

They are doing exactly what they treid to do and still try do with Özil. Imagine up fantasy articles about him so it will look like they don't have any other choice than to sell him.

there is 6 positions available in midfield/attacking

                  Lucas
                  Gerrard
                  Suarez
                  Sturridge
                  Coutinho

for me are all guaranteed starters.

that leaves one place - with the following in contention
                  Henderson
                  Moses
                  Aspas
                  Allen
                  Sterling
                  Ibe

it's good that we can have a bit of rotation and a couple of different options.

I would suggest that for 'easier' games we'd see moses come into the side and coutinho more central, and for tougher games Moses swapped for Henderson to give us more legs.

However, i wouldn't be surprised to see coutinho rested from time to time as well - with henderson/lucas/gerrard and moses/sturridge/suarez starting - gives us a bit more of a physical presence, and after 60 mins hopefully moses has softened up the oppo defence and on comes coutinho fresh legs finding space and causing havoc

whatever we do, it's nice to be in a position where we are playing well, had some good results and have a few genuine questions to be asked regarding who starts

Why? He recently signed a new long term deal, and we've already shown this summer that we won't sell him if we don't want to. The only way he's going is by either getting a release clause in his contract (ie, negotiate new terms) or if we get an offer that we deem worthy.

But we will not be "forced" to sell him. He tried that, it failed.

We don't HAVE to sell anybody unless clause in the contract allow.

What happens when we do qualify for CL, will he still want to go?

Maybe his Shannagins this summer were just out of frustration because we didn't even qualify for the Losers cup, let alone CL.

Indications are BR will play him on the right when he is back but regardless which position he plays at he will always have more goals than assists.

He is a goal scorer not a goal creator.

Coutinho, Moses, Sturridge and Suarez are all used to an interchangeable attack, that is what will make the rest of the league's defences worry..

He is both, work his socks off and is a very good ball winner.

I disagree there with you, he'll play on the wing for sure but with Daniel on fire, he'll be taking most of the chances while Luis will be getting more assists
