January would be a terrible time to sell, hopefully we'll still be right in the mix for the top 4 come January, losing him would be a massive loss both for his ability but also the knock it would have to confidence to the team and fans.

With the league position we're in, we shouldn't listen to any offers in January. A CL spot is worth more than anything they can offer. Come summer, if a suitable offer comes in and he doesn't want to stay even if we offer him a new contract, then we should take it. If he continues the form he's in and doesn't get suspended again, that suitable offer would have to be around £80m worth of cash and players.Comment

We're not skint and we won't be able to replace him with anyone better.
Hopefully we'll finish top four this season and he realises how much he loves it here. Then he signs a contract extension and we win the league next year.
