It's hard not to think we've been a little bit fortunate with wonder strikers. We almost always seem to have one. Even in 20+ title-less years. From Rush, Fowler, Owen to Torres and Suarez. Only that little gap in between Owen and Torres, where we had Cisse, Crouch and Baros. And Suarez is the best of the lot - yes, better than Rush and Fowler - which is amazing really.
