We over played him this year and by the final few weeks it was showing.

I do not understand the point of playing the full 90 in games that were dead and buried - saving him for 10-15 minutes in those games really adds up over the course of a season and gives other players game time.

this is probably why lallana is the most subbed player.
on the other hand, suarez would throw a wobbly if he was subbed when going for the prem goalscoring record.
