I think pretty much my last words on the subject were that if I thought he was genuinely contrite for what he had done and could go an entire season without some sort of horrible incident I'd be as happy as larry but couldn't see him doing it. 1 - I'm not having any conspiracy type rumours that he's done this to engineer a move. Because if anything it would jeopardize any potential move to barca/real

2 - laughing that we should get rid....he's still our best player and every single club in Europe would take him right now without even thinking about it....so why is it ok for every other club to have him but we have to take the moral high ground....bollocks

3 - he's completely ****ed himself over tho....all his ****ing complaints and there he is playing for his nation in a World Cup in South America against Italy....no reason for him to go mental and he does.....I'd suspect FIFA will put some sort of international ban on him

I'm fed up of getting it in the ear from supporters of other clubs now. If I thought we'd get decent money for him then I'd let him go now... Trouble is, he could be on the wrong end of an enormous ban here.

Think the ban will be for international matches only, though as a club we could take sanctions against him and ban him for a while. If he's proved guilty, I think that's our chances of a league title gone for next season. He's not irreplaceable, but our major reason why we've had such a season last term.
