Done a lot of searching and I can't find any precedent for such a blanket worldwide ban. All examples I find are where national FAs banned players and FIFA then extends those bans worldwide.Comment

He's a flawed genius. But no longer good for the club. Shame
Another MASSIVE game

We'll never replace his genius. He's amongst the top 2/3 best players in world football. We may do good business financially, but footballing wise, he's irreplaceable.
Not saying we won't rebuild without him, but it'll set us back initially. No wonder we were so firm not letting him go last season. Are we winning?Comment

Brings club into disrepute. So what does that mean in real terms? Other football fans don't like us? People stop watching Liverpool games? We lose sponsorship? Because who cares about anything other than being popular. Media-led storm of moral outrage until the next incident happens tomorrow.Comment

This is more like it. Look at what's happened today the Russians are blowing Ukrainian helicopters out the sky, Isis continue to march unabated, Cameron is forced to admit he brought a total crook into a position of policy development... Yet the world is in uproar because a footballer bit another one during a game. Good prioritisation from the general public!
But still. Biting people during football matches is ****, **** crack!A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.Comment

Suarez may have tried to headbutt him and Chielini's shoulder came up and hit him in the mouth. Hard to tell from any of the video that he conclusively bit him. Chielini was showing him shoulder but I didn't see any mark. I think they will have a tough time proving anything.Comment

I don't think that the footage is as conclusive as the Ivanovich incident. There is enough doubt to bluff it out. What me do that again after the way I was banned and treated the last time. Seriously balls it out. He's probably guilty but proving it maybe difficult. And Chiellini was being a prima Donna pain in the ass the whole game.Comment
