The fact that Costa and Ekotto's headbutts have gone unpunished you would think might work in his favour, but with the amount of coverage that this is getting all over the world means something has to be done. Dont think Uruguay will expel him from their group, so FIFA will have to step in (nice little diversion from their issues as well).
No excuse for the scumbag if its guilty in the end, and it would take a hard-headed unwillingness not to accept the likes of the above. Let the fallout happen. If there is a ban, we'll see if there is any impact to his club commitments, and then the club will take whatever action it needs to in order to protect our image, our responsibilities to the larger game, our financial concerns, the player himself etc etc............or we'll just stick our head in the sand and hope it goes away/someone takes him off our hands."I will make the boys feel your support"

He did it for Stevie
He did it for Stevie. If this hadn't happened then the spot light would have been on England, and Stevie as captain, now it isn't.

it would aopear he did bite him where the second photo has that circle, no doubt he bit him imo, but the marks in that first photo are just too strange not to have been photoshoppedJComment

Those marks just look like moles/freckles to me.
His teeth must be tiny and pointy as **** if they're bite marks. Look at context of Chiellini's jaw. teeth marks should be much bigger than that.
He's clearly gone for him though in that video. No defence of it."When a man insults my country I insult him, by taking his woman" Tony Yeboah

He didn't get a chance to seriously bite him but (in my opinion) the intent is clear. Chiellini should have leathered him for it, it might have clouded the issue somewhat then. For me he needs to take his punishment and grow up, he's a Dad!ON THE COUCH...Comment

I was disgusted by it last night and I'm still disgusted by it this morning. He's an absolute arsehole

It's worse than Zidane.
Uruguay need to take a look at themselves in the mirror too. Their reaction has been horrendous. One player blaming Chiellini and the manager and others the English press!
Yes, it's the English press that made him use racist language and bite people 3 times!Comment

Him and his family will be the biggest victims of this, as with everything he does, it's him and his family that end up with the long term effects.
He clearly has an issue, using biting as an attack, something go's off in his head and he makes the move to bite, why not slap, stamp, butt, or punch, all much more acceptable ways of attacking another player.
Maybe it go's back to being in Uruguay as a kid, and not being a good fighter when it came to trading punches, random i know, but i've seen plenty resort to biting when being out done in a fight.
I dunno, he seems to have a mental trigger that sets this off each time.
