As far as I know, it's either a certain amount of games or a ban from international matches for a certain amount of time i.e. 6 months.

If he get's matches it doesn't matter if 4 are played during this month or they were stretched over a longer period of time - it would just be that amount of matches.

The quicker we can get him out of that environment and back to Brendan and Steve the better.

I'm arsed at the same amount I would any other player. It's **** conduct on the field (unsportmanship) and I don't like to watch that on the field and don't think it belongs anywhere near football. Any player biting, punching, spitting or whatever should be banned and that's it really. Don' care if it's SUarez, Rooney, Messi or some other random player at the tourney - they should be banned for the good of the game.

And that said I wouldn't in any way love if he played the next game, he derserves to be banned for the rest of the tournament.
Can they realistically do that...ban him and then reban him later on? Doubtful surely.

If he has no right of appeal I wonder how many people will be spouting their "if that wasn't on a football pitch" nonsense.

Fingers crossed he gets 6 games international or something. I'd love that. United fans and all the other vested interest cunts who are canvassing journalists to get him banned across all football for a year would be crying into their cornflakes for weeks.
                Thanks very much for being

I think not taking that chance, when Buffon saved with his legs, pushed him over the edge.

He didn't look right mentally when he came out after half time. He looked like he was absolutely fuming. The Italian CBs had done a really good job of stifling him. That coupled with the fact he's clearly not match fit (and slightly overweight I'd add!) meant I think he knew this wasn't going to be his night. He's the sorest loser on the planet

It's basically what my two year old daughter does when she doesn't get what she wants, her natural instinct is to bite. Suarez is basically a two year old when he's on the field, but a genius one

I reserve the right to be not that arsed about this one by the way, for some reason it didn't affect me nearly as much as when he did it for Liverpool.

I still think it will be similar to that. I will take every opportunity to smugly tell them this will keep him fresher for our title run in and Champions League campaign

Dunno, it's FIFA and I'm not certain logic or normal judicial practices are really their main concern

It's just my speculation, all I'm really certain about is that they will find some way to make sure he won't play another game this WC. Realistically he will get some 5-8 match ban and that's it I reckon.

888 Sport (The Poker site Luis advertises for) are offering 1/10 that he gets banned. Seems quite generous odds to me!
