what a player - ****ing phenomenal - best player in the world this season. It's not even up for debate.

I agree that Messi and Ronaldo are the two best in the world - but on form, for the season Suarez is the best....i wouldn't swap him for either for the 6 game run in.

regarding the best ever players for liverpool - it's tough....i think ability wise Suarez is the best i've ever seen....but there are a few other things you factor in...

1 - Gerrard - our greatest ever player
    2 - King Kenny - legend
3- Suarez - however if he stays and carries on like this for say another 3-4 years, then this list would look very different.
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

On course to be our best ever player. If we win the league he surely will be.

      He's absolute magic

Look at the fans in the 2nd pic, especially the ones of a more mature vintage, you can just see it means more to them, they remember the glory days of being champions and they can sense it coming back!

29 goals in 27 games. Unbelieveable in this day and age. Had he taken our 16 penalties this season so far and only scored 13 of them he'd be on 42 goals already.

If he'd played the 6 games he missed, at a goal a game, he'd be close to 50. And the season's not even over. 50 goals with no Champions League games that Ronaldo and Messi get. In a team that isn't Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Best player in the world this season bar none!

At Cardiff it was like the 93rd minute, we'd scored 6, he'd scored 3, and he was tearing around desperate for another goal like it was the last minute of a World Cup final and he was losing. He's absolutely incredible.
the way he chased that ball down that was running away and going out by the corner flag, taps it around the defender and leaves him for dead, then drives into the box

nothing is unwinnable for this lad.
if all our players had a quarter of his drive and determination we would be world beaters
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Ronaldo and Messi take penalties too. Suarez would be about 8-9 goals ahead of what he has now if he was our penalty-taker.

He is a phenomenon. The way he dragged the ball out from behind him to go through on goal, the strength, balance and brilliant finish...wow! Absolutely privileged to see him in a Liverpool shirt, his sheer will to win and individual brilliance will be the difference for us this season (fingers crossed!).

Right now for me he is the best player in the world.

That was so ridiculously overlooked. Most commentators and pundits were like "Yeah, Suarez went through and scored, keeper should've saved it".

                    HELLO?!?!?

Most people either go down there or simply fail to get the ball under control. It was magnificent.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He just does things time and time again that seem impossible!

That might be his kryptonite,he's missed the ones he has taken for us

He scooped it from behind him, managed to keep stride, take out Kaboul, stay ahead of Dawson and placed a deadeye shot past Lloris who had closed the angle down to make it harder.

Look at the athleticism of his celebration too. He reminds me of those documentaries of Lions fighting when you literally see every muscle and sinew twitching and firing. He's as strong as a ****ing ox with the balance of a gazelle. What a player.

Hands up who thought at the time wow that's a good run but the shot will be saved, hit the post, miss the far post? For all his wonder goals (Norwich, etc) this was one of the hardest technical goals to put away. And on his weaker foot!!

Lloris was no chump, he got everything spot on to reduce Suarez to a 5% chance of scoring. As a teenager I remember Barnes, Fowler, Beardsley being technically brilliant but this guy just blows them all out. We are truly spoiled.

There's only Messi who's better at making impossible look easy.
