Thanjk you.

He had a long time to think over the finish, some strikers struggle with that, yet he kept his calm and slotted it home with a plumb
Maybe im being picky here but even though he scored i think he made the wrong decision. He should have either gone around the advancing goaley, or squared it to Carroll.
Yes he scored so it's irrelevant, but on another day he may not be so fortunate.
Still our best player though, and we're so fortunate to have him.

I thought the defender was coming across at speed, and it's why he choose to quickly hit it with the outside of his foot before the tackle came in.
Had he taken another twist or change of direction, the chance may have gone.

If you score, you made the right decision.
It's like when managers 'rotate' or rest players - if they win, they got it right. No arguments.
I wasnt worried about Suarez taking it on and having a go himself
I think two things swayed his decision to have a go
Firstly Heitinga coming in
Secondly and more importantly Carrolls run created indecision in Howard. He couldnt come out and close the angle as all Suarez would do is square the ball for Carroll to tap it into the net. When Suarez saw Howards indecision he took it on himself
Great finish from him
