england have been ****e - so the press/media will talk about anything to hide from that - and the easiest target is suarez, who just happens to have knocked england out

add to it the fact that spain have been ****, so to hide it their media are talking about a superstar going to either barca/real - and who is the best player in the world outside of spain - Luis Suarez.

After that game Suarez re-ignited his feud with the English media, who he feels have not portrayed him fairly during his various flirtations with controversy over the last three seasons.

Asked about this by an English journalist during Uruguay's press conference on Monday, he said: 'You work in England, and that was in the papers.

'You should know what happened and I think it was nothing more than just in the papers.

No surprise it's from the rag. Cringe-worthy, juvenile front page but he needs to get over it, he really does. You have to be tough-skinned in football, and given his past transgressions he's got to expect some ****ty headlines etc. He needs to ignore them.

There's a danger that we're reading too much into his comments, I think he was specifically speaking about the paper in relation tot he England game and why he was so fired up for the game. I don't know if he meant it in regard to living in England though.
