I'm not convinced he did not bite him, but the one with the visible teeth marks looks wrong for some reason. Not sure why, but it doesn't look like a human bitemark

Does it matter? Regardless of the pictures the tv footage is clear he has bit someone for the 3rd time.

Complete irrelevance where the circles are - you can see where the bite mark should be on the second pic by the skin tone and the collar bone. It ain't there.
