I doubt very much Juve have got sufficient money to spend and Bayern have no history of spunking the required amount on a single player.

I'm not sure about that. Bayern paid €40m for Martinez. Ok, it'll take more to get Suárez but it's not such a big leap and I think it's conceivable they'd do it..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Ayre can say time and time again that we don't wan't to sell Suarez and that he isn't for sale but if Suarez put in a transfer request then we will sell him IMO.
PSG, Bayern, Monaco, Real, Barcelona would have no problem paying even £50m for him and more than double his wages.
