@6Ted It's 100% fake. Sad someone would go to such effort. The words ‘time, too much & hands’ spring to mind. Some weird people out there.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

...this type of 'fake email' could explain how the **** we managed to get £50m from the Chavs for Torres...

      Roman,
Given you've got bottomless pockets, how about spending £50m on a Nandos?
      Regards
      Iain Ayre.

Every time I see that picture of Ayre and his bloody bike the theme tune to boon starts in my head.

No one mentioning the article that Mr M posted in news section? Suarez was upset while shopping in Manchester that people wanted photos and were mimicking him biting. ****ing hell is he a child? He needs to man up. I know its close and has decent shops but surely he would know shopping in Manchester would get a reaction?

Liverpool insist Ian Ayre "email" about a possible Luis Suarez transfer to Real Madrid is fake
                      12 Jun 2013 18:31

The message posted online earlier today says talks between the clubs are at an advanced stage - but the Reds have moved quickly to say it isn't real
An E-Mail sent by Liverpool's Managing Director reveals Luis Suárez' future An E-Mail sent by Liverpool's Managing Director reveals Luis Suárez' future

A picture depicting an email from Liverpool managing director Ian Ayre discussing the potential transfer of Luis Suarez to Real Madrid isn't real, according to the club.

The image - published online earlier today - shows an email with Ayre's name attached saying the Uruguayan does not intend to return to Anfield after the upcoming Confederations Cup.

However, the club says the message is fabricated.

It read: "Talks are an at an advanced stage, once Real are content with their side of the deal they will formally approach with permission to speak.

"This will be granted on submission of a transfer request. This worked particularly well in the case of FT (Fernando Torres) and gave a clear indication to our supporter base that the player was behind the move and not the club."

Responding to the image, a Liverpool spokesman said this afternoon: "The email is a complete fake. There is no truth in it whatsoever."

The club also reacted angrily last month after Suarez said that he does not feel comfortable in England anymore.

A statement read: “Luis Suarez is not for sale. Neither Luis nor his representatives have communicated these feelings directly to Liverpool Football Club. The club remains supportive of Luis and we expect him to honour his contract.”

It's a blatant fake, but I genuinely wouldn't be arsed if it was real. In fact I'd almost even be encouraged. If he goes, he goes, as far as I'm concerned. As long as we get what he's worth and are able to reinvest it then no-one's bigger than the club and we've had better "assets" leave before him, much as I'd love him to stay. The e-mail would suggest that we had a deal that we were happy with and that we had a contingency plan in mind to replace him. That scenario is only just behind my ideal scenario that he commits himself to the club when he comes back from Uruguay duty.

Regardless of the fakery it'd be nice to think this would be sorted by July 1st, rather than August 31st.
