I dont think Terry will get off. But I don't really know the details of the case. I think Suarez will be found guilty of making a gesture to the fans. Rightly so too, because he did do it. Bang to rights there. But......the level of inconsistency is amazing. The other cases highlighted should have been dealt with the same, as well as all future ones.

I will be ****in furious if he is banned of either charge, and rightly I think the club will too. I think Kennys stance, and the fact that Henry linked to that article on twitter shows very clearly how we feel about things and what we are prepared to do.

If the laws of the game are that he cant gesture to the fans, then he commited an offence. In this case he should be banned. As I said, the others should have been too. But the FA is too wishy washy that they were not.

Edit: If it was a opposition player doing it. Especially Everton, Man Utd or someone like Chelsea. We would have been screaming blue murder to get him banned.

If laws are not enforced in some cases despite video evidence and media coverage then you cant suddently enforce them in sporadic cases when it suits you. That has nothing to do with justice.

My point was about him being bang to rights. The fact is he did do it. I think it would be a ****ing miscarriage of justice if they ban him. But they probably will. I know the others should have been banned for it too. But they were not, for what ever reason nothing was done.

Its a little different too the example you used too DKDan. If he was caught doing it along side another player you wouldn't expect one to be picked on and not the other.

Im with Muddled on this, I don't usually go in for all this 'Were being victimised' bollocks that some people spout. But it does seem at the moment we are getting a short shrift of things.

I know what you mean Alex, but should it make any difference wether the players were caught doing it side by side or at different times when we know for a fact that both were indeed caught, and the evídence is there in all the cases?

IMO we are indeed victims at the moment. I don't know why, but it pisses me off big time!

I had no problem with things when we were **** under Evans, Houllier and Hodgson. We deserved what we got most of the time.
