I'd rather have Johnson and let him produce the very odd moment of magic than have Sinclair who would produce no moment of magic.Originally posted by BigChief View PostI'd rather have Sinclair and pay him lower wages to cover his £5m fee. At least we know what to expect from him. Johnson sounds like we're making the same mistakes as the last two seasons.
Or neither and save the £5m for when we need to pay the next player to leave.

There is so much spin in football nowadays that I get suspicious about everything....
We are told Luis signed a new long term contract but do we really know whether it was a contract that we should be applauding. For example, do we even know it was longer than his existing contract? We surely won't know if secret release clauses have been inserted. And so on. Or do we?

I like watching Suarez play as much as Messi.
When he gets the ball...he's like a firework going off on the ground instead of flying up into the air, darting here and there..changing direction at will while giving defenders hardly a chance of anticipating his next move, it's so randomly brilliantly unreadable, and if you do read it...he's likely to nutmeg you anyway.

just read this bitter gob****es view on luis
Opposition hate figure?
Luis Suarez seems to be a pretty contemptible human being. His lack of contrition over the racism debacle last season, his appalling theatrics during the Goodison derby, his willingness to openly cheat all add up to a presence that English football would be better off without. From a purely football perspective, it’s also odd that a player who couldn’t hit a barn door from three yards (but who could probably viscously attack it and ridicule its ethnicity) is rated so highly.
also in hopes for the season he says finishing above us not that they are obsessed or anything
Oh I say his vision there was lovely
