Absolutely fabulous player but he's a horrible little toad to be fair.. even before this debacle. He is a pure individual, plays for completely himself.. not for the crest.

Injury is irrelevant true or not true.... sure he's out for the first 6 games anyways. He blatantly wants to leave, he has tried to orchestrate a move & as yet it hasn't happened. So he and his agent have created massive aniexty and tension around the club that needs to be concentrating on pushing forward & starting something new under Rodgers, who is already under enormous pressure. Fans are worried about losing a star player "YET AGAIN" ... it's all too familiar. We wanted it sorted early either way... and yet still 11 days before such a crucial game, it's still arseholed.

All the rumours, conjecture, lost in translation, media witch hunt, agent spiel & many of our fans making silly excuses for him.... really is a tedious **** fest! If he somehow stays.. we'll all know he really doesn't want to be here. For me as a LFC supporter... that's just ****ing insulting. If he stays which IMO is very unlikely i'm looking forward to hearing what fabricated, contrived bull **** statement him or his agent come out with to appease the supporters, who have stood by him through all the **** storms that he has created. We've kinda made ourselves look like prize pricks constantly defending him. There's fans been loyal to a LFC player ... and then there's just misguided ignorance.

We all know that most footballers have zero loyalty but there should surely be respect. I think from what we have seen from Luis Suarez in a LFC shirt, even though he is a world class footballer... he has shown absolutely zero respect for the club.

Anyways... thanks for the memories Luis ... now piss of ya little bollix.

            Here ends the rant

For being a ‘horrible little toad’ and a cunt etc, I think it’s telling that his teams mates who probably know him a bit better than us and might have a bit more of a clue to what is really happening still want him here, but perhaps they are also misguided and ignorant.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Or perhaps they know that their best chance of getting back in the CL is by him staying and that's a huge factor behind them wanting him to stay on. I'd bet many (including Gerrard) aren't totally happy with what he is doing though. Carragher only spoke out against Torres when he himself announced his retirement

And do you not want the same, or are you just a better person than these selfish, shallow footballers, you’re more about principles and integrity than winning?

Erm....he bit 2 different players on the pitch, swore at another set of fans and depending on which side of the fence you sit on, was guilty of using racist language.

Horrible little toad is fair I think. Him as a person however has no reflection on his abilities.

I didn't judge the players did I? I can totally understand what Gerrard said. It's probably his last shot at getting to play in the Champions League again. So why wouldn't he say that?

But in all honesty, for me, the way he's treated the club, I want him sold. Whether that means missing out on the CL or not, I'm not fussed. I think we'll get there eventually by building a team. Maybe I'm wrong on that. But I'm not into the 'Win at any cost and with anyone' mentality.
