They do a crappy photoshop job and put his head on someone elses body, probably Adebayors.

I'd rather see him rott in our reserves than sell him to Arsenal.

Pretty much where I'm at too, unless Arsenal pay something stupidly big for him (and they won't). If Madrid, PSG, Bayern, Monaco or some other big money club want and will pay a half-decent price for him, let him go there. If not, he'll either sulk or get on with things, and either of those is preferable to selling to Arsenal for £40m.

I love the venom in the miss-spelt Rott (sic) ....

The argument is valid however , even from a financial perspective looking forward.

If we were to sell to the Arse for say £55m the Arse would be much stronger, especially to the eyes of our skipper, and the future revenues of CL footie would be gone again.

Thus leaving us having to pay over the odds for "street" footballers from South America, with dubious characters, rather than the cultured players that are making a bee-line for CL clubs even in ****e leagues. Which would absorb the £55m with just 2 players, and the ones we are linked with are all a bit meh, unless we are looking to be as hated as Leeds were in the 70's.

However, leaving him to sulk for the first 6 games of the season, during world cup year might well be the right strategy to adopt imho.

Especially if after all those supposed double sessions, and they're "the hardest ever gov", propel LFC into a great start of season. Suarez will be chomping at the bit to have any form going into that World Cup and will give his all to get into the spotlight, of this I have no doubt.

Or we could be dicks and sell to the Arse or the Plastics and remain a well run club cemented in mid table oblivion..

A more favoured plan B would be a sale abroad to whomsoever that would have him for £55m

I'd have no problem selling Suarez to any foreign club that would pay an acceptable fee for him, I do have a problem if we cave in and sell him to Arsenal regardless of fee

Just as they seek moves. I am so falling out of love with this game.

I'd sell him abroad in a heartbeat but we should not sell him to the ultimate selling club. Moving from Liverpool to Arsenal is no improvement at all.

This window would have been ticking along nicely where Suarez is concerned, if it were not for Arse'nal!

'IF' he puts in a transfer request we still don't have to sell him do we? It shows he doesn't want to be here but until a club meets the boards valuation he's ****ed right?
As much as I detest the man but Ferguson was right about not keeping a player if he doesn't want to be at a club because it effects the team.

If he issues a transfer request then ultimately I think we would have to sell him? That's when he could challenge us legally, but it depends what it states in his contract? Footballers are greedy and if he'd lose bonuses for issuing a transfer request then his new contract would need to offset his losses - so I doubt very much he's going to Arsenal!

Not sure who we will replace him with at this stage... Muriel sounds like the best replacement to me, then Costa (altho he doesn't seem keen apparently), but I'd be happy if Suarez is gone by the weekend to Real and NOT ****in' arsenal.

I've noticed since BR and the squad have been back in Liverpool that BR has looked a bit more strained than normal, and its obvious who the cause of this is. It's imperative his replacement gets here soon though, so we can bed him in & hopefully play him in our 2nd or 3rd game of the season.

Listened to the Drivetime show this pm, and every one of the manc, spurs and our fan callers were saying how sick & tired they are of these three (Rooney, Bale & Suarez). I couldn't agree with them more, this saga through the media is so pointless & draining.

On a more pleasant note... I thoroughly enjoyed Iron Maiden at the O2 on Sunday The Evil that men do... Hey Luis?

Your too good to be true, can't take the ball off you you got a heavenly touch, you pass like Sounness to rush. And when we're pissed in the bars we thank the Lord that your ours

Muriel, Costa, Ljajic, Lamela 2 of those would be nice in case he goes but I wouldn't sell him under any circumstances to Arsenal.

We do that and even if they would pay 50m+ we can forget about CL next season.
