3 proves that he was being dishonest during 1 and 2. That would be evidence. From direct quotes, not just vaque mistranslations missing context this time.

Exhibit D. From the interview yesterday the fact he as not yet put in a transfer request and will only do so as a last gasp measure.

If he's so desperate to move (and a liar to boot), why hold off on the transfer request? because he wants his pound of flesh on his way out the door.

So we have evidence that #1 he's a lying weasel, and #2 he a mercenary prick.
