I don't rate the Ox any higher than Sterling or Ibe to be honest. I think both could end up better players than him.

As you said. The club will do what is best for the club, as they should do, whatever it takes. Suarez will do what is best for him, as he should do.
The club will do what is right for the club, which is the right thing to do, which is laughable.

          Oh I don't know.

No, I just don't see him as anything else than just another manager that is after personal glory. I don't think he love the club etc.

He will give 100% for the club as long as he is our manager but loyalty isn't really anything that would stop him joining Real Madrid or Barcelona if they wanted him IMO even that the club supported him.

Suarez argument re. L'pool's verbal undertakings is a non-runner. Contract includes an "entire agreement" clause, excludes prior verbal agt.

Verbal discussions and gentlemen's agreements can be binding in theory but in a situation where two sophisticated parties (legally speaking) put a written contract together and subsequently dispute it then the unwritten part generally won't hold any water in court. Otherwise why have a written contract at all?

It's a bit of a smokescreen though as it's only a threat to apply pressure. He's just making sure we can't play him again. He's only doing what he does, this is probably quite genteel stuff considering his upbringing. It's pretty poisonous for us though.

Being at Watford or Reading just is not comparable to being in charge of Liverpool. He is at the pinnacle of his career and clearly loves this job and Liverpool. Barca or Madrid would turn most heads and he is no different but there is no way I would question his passion for Liverpool. No way at all.
