          I predict:
          • Arsenal won't go up to £50m-£55m
          • If they do, we will amaze everyone by sticking to our guns
          • Some big foreign club will offer £30m for him on deadline day
          • We'll turn it down
          • He'll be stuck and will stay
          • He'll be frozen out of training
          • He'll get bored after a few weeks - by the end of his suspension probably
          • He'll make a grovelling apology
          • He'll be back in the team giving his all as usual
          • He'll be awesome
          • We'd have an outside shot at the top 4

Would love if Henry, Ayre or Rodgers came out with - 'We're not Arsenal, we don't sell our top players to our rivals'

Rodgers and the club playing a blinder. Long may it continue

Tough call to make on 51m if true though. In a situation like that, all I'd really hope is that JWH basically tells Rodgers that - taking all relevant info and potential transfer dealings into account - it's the managers call..

We should start a new thread for predications

Arsenal will pull out because its getting to messy
LFC will go and sign a new striker anyway
Suarez will be in the ressies
Suarez will star in Sharknado 2...Suarnado

Like i said getting regular CL football will be more profitable than getting a one of payment of £51m. So on that basis it makes no sense to sell to Arsrnal who we are going to be fighting to try get in the top 4.

I don't see the correlation though mate. If we force him to stay he's not guaranteed to give a **** and might only get a handful of goals. We're not guaranteed CL football if he stays, just as Arsenal aren't guaranteed it if he goes there

There's always some ****s on twitter giving anyone abuse, doesn't mean they represent anyone. However John Cross has massively not helped himself in all this, total lack of journalistic integrity (yeah I know few of them have that, but still)

Has been doing it for ages on Talksport. Now admitting he knew the clause wasnt as solid as Suarez said but last night it BOOM -100% correct

Good point. Do players have an option of being in the PFA? Seems like they all are but if I were a pro footballer I wouldn't give him and his ridiculous organisation the time of the day
